So here’s the low down concerning Disgraced ex-reserve Sheriff Charles (Chuck) Winn.

Originally he was charged with 3 counts of False Imprisonment, 2 of the witness’s have “disappeared” my guess is the other 2 witness’s were more than likely intimidated by his brethren. Gee, isn’t that convenient???

So now they only have 1 witness, and the case is scheduled to go to Jury trial June 22nd, 2009 at 9:30am in Hanford superior court, for 1 felony count of false Imprisonment.
I am willing to bet he will win his case, but one can only hope for a full conviction, I will update as I learn more.
